Shipping & Returns
Typically we ship via USPS with pilot orders both nationally and internationally. You can request another carrier but we cannot confirm a set price for that.
If for any reason upon delivery that your item is grossly damaged you must contact the shipment carrier first and then respond to us within 72 hrs of the day of delivery and we will advise based upon insurance and your request to issue a complete refund or replacement for your damaged Item(s). They must be returned first. Thank you.
If the item you purchased is the wrong size or depiction we will gladly exchange it for the correct one . It must be returned to be able to exchange it.
